Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. Delivery is free and tracked on every order.
How long will my order take?
Orders leave us within 1–2 working days and arrive in 7–14 working days. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link.
Do your pieces fit true to size?
Most of our pieces fit true to size. Each product has its own fit notes in the description, and the size guide on every product page lists body measurements with UK, EU and US sizes.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Read our returns policy.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or check your order status on our Track your order page.
