We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States and France.
2. Delivery Costs
Delivery is free on all orders to the United Kingdom, the United States and France.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 3:00 pm (UK time), or at the weekend or on a public holiday, are processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 5–7 working days to the United Kingdom, the United States and France. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods or because of customs checks.
5. Carriers
We work with trusted international carriers to make sure your order arrives safely.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel online.
7. Customs and Import Duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes when it arrives. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless they were already collected at checkout.
